However, the project's approval status is a serious concern. Some sources claim it is RDA-approved with a valid NOC, while a more recent report states that the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) issued a show-cause notice to Saffron City Rawat for allegedly marketing and booking plots without the required NOC.
