Saffron City Rawalpindi is a housing project advertised on GT Road near Rawat, between Islamabad and Rawalpindi. It offers plots from 5 Marla to 1 Kanal with installment plans and amenities like parks, schools, and commercial areas. However, listings vary on location and developer details, and its approval status is disputed, so buyers should verify the NOC directly with the RDA and confirm whether they are getting a plot with possession or a file before investing in Saffron City Rawalpindi.
