I’m interested in forecasting, process automation, and data analysis. Honestly, the plan has long been to move away from manual work, manual analysis, and all that stuff we do constantly that eats up so much time.

It’s really about understanding how to use the technology effectively. Just throwing something in probably won’t work. I’ve seen cases where AI and machine learning automation helped, and some where it totally failed.
