Delta-9 vs. Weed: Understanding the Difference (6 อ่าน)
21 ส.ค. 2569 11:11
“Delta-9” and “weed” are terms frequently used synonymously, yet there is a difference between the two. By “delta-9,” one normally means delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the main psychoactive cannabinoid of the cannabis plant, while “weed” refers to the plant itself, or its dried flower.
In this context, the difference between delta-9 and weed is that the first one represents one particular cannabinoid produced naturally by the cannabis plant. Hemp products, however, can contain delta-9, although the legal aspect might vary from to region.
Euphoric feeling, relaxation, change in perception and impairment of motor functions are possible effects of both weed and delta-9 products, though the exact nature of effects can depend on an individual and dosage. Since THC might negatively impact judgment and reaction time, it is necessary to use these products responsibly and be aware of applicable laws regarding them.
