The Axis Bank Young Bankers Program is designed to equip aspiring professionals with essential banking knowledge and leadership skills through a well-structured curriculum.



This highly selective program spans six months of rigorous classroom training, covering core banking concepts, credit-risk assessment, financial analysis, and digital banking practices. Participants then engage in a four-month rotational internship across various Axis Bank branches and business verticals, gaining practical exposure in retail banking, corporate banking, and wealth management. Guided by experienced mentors and senior managers, the interns work on live projects that challenge their analytical and problem-solving skills while contributing tangible value to the bank’s operations.



What sets the YBP apart is its leadership development focus. Throughout the program, interns attend leadership workshops, soft-skills sessions, and industry seminars, which sharpen their communication, client-facing abilities, and strategic thinking. Upon successful completion, participants receive a full-time offer to join Axis Bank as Probationary Officers, stepping into impactful roles across the bank’s national network.
