To find out how do you unlock an android, you need to follow the proper procedure according to your phone manufacturer. If you know about the Google account that the device uses, then you can go ahead with the manufacturer’s process for recovering account information. In case you have to factory reset the device as a recovery process, this might result in losing any data on the phone. You should look for any cloud backups of photos, contact list, documents, and other data before factory resetting. In case you have bought the phone second hand and it is still associated with the old account of the previous user, then the previous user needs to unlink it from his/her account. It is recommended not to use any third party software as it compromises your data security.
